PALM RAT COCKTAIL
The Palm Rat Cocktail was conceptualized on a spring break trip to Palm Springs, inspired by visions of Dean, Frank and the boys lounging poolside. Fun fact, a pack of rats is called a mischief, and no better way to find your mischief than a Palm Rat Cocktail. It's a great poolside sipper or a way to brighten up a cold winter evening.
Ingredients:
2oz Blanco Tequila1oz Orange Juice
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Agave Syrup
Dash of Orange Bitters
Like it spicy? Add 3 slices fresh jalapeno
Shake vigorously, strain, serve over ice.
